Important notes about the mock-up process

At Crafted Charm Co., we're dedicated to bringing your vision to life. To ensure your custom order is perfect, please review the following important notes regarding your digital mockup approval process.

Your digital mockup is on its way

Please look for your digital mockup in your email within 24-48 hours. Weekend orders may take longer as proofs are not sent on weekends. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your custom design.

Color variations and displays

Due to variations in monitors, smartphones, and tablet displays, colors of your item and/or mockup colors may appear differently in person. We are not responsible for these differences.

Review your proofs carefully

Kindly review your proofs thoroughly, ensuring all dates, times, spelling, names, and other details are correct. We are not responsible for any errors once approved. Your careful review ensures your final product is exactly as you envisioned.

Timely approval and cancellations

If you fail to respond or approve the digital mockup within 48 hours, a reminder notice will be sent. If there is still no response, the order will be canceled. If you want to cancel your order after the mockup is created and sent to you, then a 15% cancellation charge will apply. Production begins only after digital mockup approval, so please approve quickly to keep things on schedule. Once your order is printed, it cannot be refunded.
